Job Title: Residential Aide II                        

Job Summary: The primary responsibility of the Residential Aide II is to maintain a safe and recovery focused service to program participants in the area of medication management. Provides support to the program to accomplish the rehabilitation goals and to build a positive relationships within the program. The RAII successfully performs all of the essential job functions of the RAI. Assist with the data entry process in the HMIS – Homeless Management Information System.

Essential Job Functions

  • Support and monitor the self-administration of medication.
  • Educate about medications, as needed.
  • Monitor the secure storage of medication.
  • Maintain accurate medication documentation/record keeping.
  • Provides guidance and support to the program intake process.
  • Assist with the data entry process for HMIS.
  • Abide by all Mission and program and safety policies, procedures and guidelines.
  • Attend and participate in meetings and trainings as requested by supervisor.
  • Maintain a professional and approachable attitude on the Mission campus.
  • All other duties as requested by your supervisor.

Minimum Job Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • AAS Degree in Human Services or related field preferred.
  • (2) years of experience working with special populations in the area of recovery, homelessness and mental illness.
  • (1) year of self -administration medication supervision experience preferred.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Clean/valid NYS Driver’s License preferred.
  • Enthusiastic support of our Mission Statement. 

Status

Part Time/Per Diem

Shifts

Varied Shifts: 7 am – 3 pm, 3 pm – 11 pm

Part-Time during the week and every other weekend.

Pay Rate: $11.50 per hour
